This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Valleycliffe FH Systems and Sustainability Commissioning Agent as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The District of Squamish is seeking an experienced building systems and sustainability commissioning consultant to perform fundamental commissioning, monitoring-based commissioning, and energy model updates/calibration for the Valleycliffe Firehall (VCFH), located at 37890 Clarke Dr., Squamish BC. In order to meet the current and anticipated future needs of the community, a new VCFH is currently under construction. The new facility is intended to reflect the values of the growing community of Squamish, which will include the District’s own sustainability targets/program requirements. |
