This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Mass Excavation and Storm Main Installation at WWTP, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The District of Squamish is planning to undertake an extensive upgrade at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) consisting of construction of a new circular bioreactor/clarifier tank and associated piping. 

Prior to this phase of construction, all impacted storm infrastructure needs to be relocated outside of the circular excavation zone, and the area under the circular tank needs to be excavated to approx.1 to 2m below existing grade (estimated volumes is approx. 4000m3 of material to be excavated).
