This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for professional Design-Build services for the design and construction of a number of exterior upgrades to the Squamish Adventure Centre and surrounding property under Adventure Centre Revitalization Phase 2 as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The deliverables are broken down into component pieces including but not limited to play & picnic areas, signage, entry improvements and trails. However, these are considered a coordinated, cohesive, and complementary set of assets for the site. The deliverables on these components will include Preliminary Design Concepts, Schematics, Detailed Design Drawings, and construction.
