This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Multi-Modal Transportation Plan as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The District of Squamish is seeking to retain a qualified consultant to prepare a Multi-Modal Transportation Plan to guide transportation planning to ensure a safe and efficient transportation network that responds to ongoing community growth. The scope of works includes review of past documents, traffic data collection, transportation modeling and analysis, providing recommendations for improvements to the transportation network, preparation of a capital plan, stakeholder engagement, preparation of a final report and presentation to District Council.
