The District is seeking to hire a landfill engineering consultant with expertise in landfill design and operations, environmental, economic and financial planning, to bring best practices and innovative ideas to the Squamish lateral expansion.

The successful proponent will consider all current legislative and regulatory requirements, design standards and codes, and applicable guidelines pertaining to the operations, post operations, closure and long-term monitoring requirements of landfills within the province of British Columbia. They will also supply all materials and labour required to provide the outlined works.
