This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Jimmy-Jimmy (Judd) Slough Sluice Gates, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The scope of work generally includes the supply and delivery of the following:

  • Two 2400 x 900 mm 304 stainless steel sluice gates
  • Two outdoor-rated motorized actuators compatible with the sluice gates
  • Portable tripod-mounted drill for emergency operation of the sluice gates without the motorized actuator

A General Contractor will be retained under a separate contract to install the sluice gates and actuator.  The installation is currently anticipated to take place between July and September 2021.
