This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Recreation Facility Needs, Demand, and Site Assessment as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

Squamish is a fast-growing community of approx. 30,000 residents ideally situated on the scenic Sea to Sky Highway between Vancouver, BC and Whistler, a four-season mountain resort consistently ranked the number one ski resort in North America. The District is a service-driven municipal organization whose daily mission is to meet the needs of its residents to ensure a safe, highly functioning, and livable community. 

The successful proponent will provide professional consulting services to support a comprehensive recreation facility needs, demand, and site assessment. The work will include all professional consulting services, technical expertise, coordination, analysis, and documentation required to complete a comprehensive capital planning study for recreation facilities and associated sites.
