The District is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with required personnel, experience, and resources to provide a comprehensive dike inspection program. The inspection will cover all dikes (standard and non-standard) regulated under the Dike Maintenance Act (DMA) for which the District is identified as the maintenance authority by the BC Ministry of Forest, Lands and Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD). |
