The District of Squamish is undergoing an expansion at the Sewage treatment plant. As part of this, the District will add a septage receiving station, as shown in Appendix E. The District has retained a consulting engineer to provide services for this project.  WSP will act as the designer of record for the upgrade project, and as contract administrator for the equipment supply contracts and the general (installation) contracts.  

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and established manufacturers for the supply of the new septage receiving station equipment. It is the District’s intent to select a preferred proponent based on the evaluation criteria outlined in this document. The preferred proponent will be invited to negotiate a purchase contract for the equipment supply. This contract may or may not be assigned to a future installation contractor.
