This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Strategic Planning Software Tool, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The District of Squamish is seeking a hosted solution that will replace the manual processes required to support Council’s Strategic Plan. The successful proponent will implement a cloud based strategic planning software tool where each council’s 4 year Strategic Plan can be visually represented, is intuitive for staff to provide regular updates against, and features enhanced reporting, data visualization and analysis capability to demonstrate plan progress to both Council and the public.
