This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Annual Road Line Marking Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).  

The District requires a qualified contractor to provide short and long pavement marking services for a one (1) year line painting program with an option for an additional two (2) years at the District’s discretion. The District Line Painting Program requires unit pricing for the application of various road marking products within the limits of the District. The contractor will be responsible for all mobilization and demobilization, tools, equipment, labour, materials, stencils, fuel, traffic control, and any other necessary supplies to complete the work. The contractor is expected to be knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of the scope of work and to perform the work to good trade quality.
