This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Lower University Reservoirs 2 and 3, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The scope of work generally includes installation of two (2) 2,000m3 steel reservoir tanks to provide the District with increased storage capacity in the network. Civil work includes yard piping, site drainage, and a 3-4meter high lock block retaining wall approximately 85 m in length.  Mechanical work includes a precast valve chamber with a flowmeter, check valve and altitude valve.  Electrical work includes lighting and instrumentation, as well as an optional standby generator.
