The District of Squamish is looking to retain a qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake a review of the District’s existing Development Cost Charge (DCC) financial rate model and develop a new DCC rate table, including, but not limited to, projects, project costs and timing, and DCC rate calculations, and a new DCC Bylaw. The successful proponent will have extensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of British Columbia’s Development Cost Charges (DCC) legislation and best practices and have extensive experience with similar projects for municipalities within British Columbia.
