This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Land Planning & Feasibility Studies Consulting Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The District is intending to select one qualified proponent or proponent team (the Consultant) to provide in-depth land planning and feasibility studies (highest and best use) and accompanying plans for two (2) local government projects. The objective is to create a detailed foundation for the District to make decisions on the highest and best use for each project. Report/s are required on the following two (2) projects:
Proponents may submit proposals for one project or both projects. The District prefers to award both projects to the same proponent but the District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award two (2) separate contracts as a result of this procurement process. The successful proponent will be required to complete the works outlined in this RFP by January 31, 2024. |
