This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Annual Sanitary Main Upgrades – Engineering Services,as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The District is intending to select one qualified respondent or respondent team (the Consultant), experienced in municipal engineering, to assist with the delivery of it’s annual sanitary main upgrades program. Every year, the District has a number of sanitary capital projects that require professional design, tendering, and construction administration services. While the project specifics may vary from year to year, the scope of work is consistent every year: design, build, and manage sanitary forcemain or gravity utility construction projects in residential Squamish.
