This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for performing District of Squamish River Channel Surveys, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) found in the accompanying solicitation document. 

The District of Squamish invites proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to carry out a River Channel Survey in support of a future update to the District’s Integrated Flood Hazard Management Plan (IFHMP). The successful consultant will be responsible for recommending suitable survey methodology and technology, proposing a survey schedule that accounts for seasonal river flow patterns and weather, and conducting bathymetric surveys.
