INVITATION TO QUOTE

You are invited to submit a quotation for the following:  

The project includes early works scope to provide civil services to the Northern most side of the Public Work Yard, relocation of one existing salt shed within the site and provisions to store another salt shed off-site (location to be determined). The new location of the salt shed requires paving and electrical services. Site grading and preloading for the future new building will be required once all services are installed.  The project generally consists of the following scope:

• Civil Paving and Curbs
• Civil Underground Services
• Excavation Preloading
• Excavation and Grading
• Excavation relocate existing Loc-Blocks
• Electrical Lighting and Power
• Tent Dismantle, Relocate and Erect on-site
• Tent store for use
• Lock-Bloc Supply

If you are not bidding this project, please let us know and we will stop sending you tender information.

Submitting your Quotation

Submit quotations via email tenders@kineticconstruction.com We request that you submit your quote two hours prior to the tender closing, as we require time to compile the general tender. Quotations must remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days after the general tender close. 

Personal emails are not monitored on a regular basis on tender day: use the above email to ensure your quote is received.

Kinetic reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to request references for any bidder. 

Refer to the Supplemental Specifications and Scope of Work for additional requirements and clarifications. The Supplemental Specifications and Scope of Work are to be read into and form a part of the Drawings and Specifications and Tender Documents for the project and the whole shall constitute part of the Contract Documents.

All requirements indicated on the drawings, specifications and addenda are to be included as part of the Work; however, the General and Supplementary Conditions and Scope of Work may include additional requirements over and above those of the drawings and specifications.  Review all sections of the specifications to determine the requirement for submittals such as shop drawings, samples, mockups and engineered drawings. All requirements contained within the tender documents are to be included in the bid. No claims for extras will be accepted unless exclusions are clearly and specifically identified in the Contractor’s bid. The Bidder is to report any discrepancies prior to submitting the bid.
