This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for R26-29 Environmental Development Review Consultant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The District of Squamish is seeking a qualified professional environmental consultant to provide development application review for select development project applications to alleviate capacity constraints of the Environmental Services Department. The successful proponent will be acting on behalf of the District, in terms of managing and reviewing environmental land development files and working with applicants, managing intergovernmental and agency referrals, conducting research, preparing reports and presenting recommendations for decision makers, on an “as and when needed” basis for the duration of the contract period.
