This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by District of Squamish (the “District”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the District and provide the information requested below.

The District is issuing this RFI to:

1. determine the level of market interest in providing an inclusive Fire Dispatch Service with integrated Records Management System (RMS) capabilities and integrated volunteer portal;
2. obtain information on new fire service-related RMS technologies, designs or approaches; and
3. obtain recommendations that would enhance the success of a future procurement opportunity for Fire Dispatch Services.

The District is interested in hearing from Fire Dispatch Service providers who have fully integrated record management systems and is not requesting responses from suppliers/integrators of record management systems only.
