This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Sanitary & Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The District is seeking a highly qualified contractor to assist with it’s 2023 sanitary and storm rehabilitation program. The repairs are detailed in the attached specifications and drawings, but generally consist of trenchless and excavated repairs to storm and sanitary mains and manholes. The identified repairs are based on recommendations by the District’s consultant who completed a CCTV video inspection program in 2020-2022. 

This project is expected to be carried out by a contractor who specializes in the trenchless repair method but who also can ensure the civil/excavation works are carried out in a competent manner using its own forces or subcontractors.
